Q. Are your bags really made out of plastic bottles?
A. Yes, they are. If you're like us, you used to buy cases and cases of water, soda, or juice and stash it in your basement. Just think of all those bottles: all dressed up and no where to disintegrate - because they don't. By using recycled material we're turning an unhealthy situation [too many plastic bottles], into a healthy one - finding a way to use all that plastic.
Q. What does the recycled bottle material feel like?
A. The material does not have a 'plastic' feel believe it or not. It feels much like a thick, durable canvas.
Q. Will you be designing bags beyond what you are doing now?
A. Yes. We are constantly working on all sorts of different designs. Keep an eye out for our yoga matt bag, and even our tiny tote. We have many plans to move beyond bags and into other eco-friendly product lines as well.
Q. What do we mean by limited edition?
A. Each design is printed on 100 bags, that is it. When all one hundred sell, they are gone. New designs are always on the way.
Q. Will you be coming out with bags of different colors?
A. Right now, the process of turning bottles into bags only allows us two color choices: black and white. We will be able to add some sass with the handle colors, but for now, the body of the bags can only be black or white.
Q. What makes wavyo bags different?
A. Our production costs are high due to choosing a Fair Labor Associated company in the USA, by using a special recycled material, and by choosing to design and produce for limited runs. Obviously mass production of items results in lower costs. We believe our limited edition bags parallel limited edition art. If we wanted to compete with bags made overseas for spare change, we could have like everyone else. Instead we chose to run wavyo as an eco-friendly company that adheres to our personal and business principles.

Q. Why was my bag shipped in this crazy inside out cereal box?
A. We at wavyo are doing all that we can to pre- and re-cycle. We are using our old cereal and snack boxes (big families!) because a) we go through a lot of them, b) we think they are the perfect size to send our bags, c) we recycle and d) because we thought it was wonderfully quirky.
Q. I'm having a green wedding. Can I order a number of custom made bags for this special occasion?
A. Of course. We do special orders for fifty bags or more. We create one-of-a-kind wavyo bags for birthdays, corporate gift giving (we'’ll even add your logo!), conferences and can even offer your own custom sizing. *Shipping prices will vary according to bulk.
Q. How do we process your orders?
A. Your order will be handled securely through Paypal or
you can use your credit
card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal) or bank account.

Q. What is the return policy?
A. We will accept returns within 7 days of purchase provided it is in the same condition as when we shipped it to you. We cannot guarantee consistency between bags when each wavyo bag is custom cut and stitched by hand. We want all of our buyers to be completely happy.
